We try to collect as little as we can and to be plain about what we do collect. This page explains what data we hold, why, and who helps us handle it.
1. What we collect
- Your account details — the email address you sign up with and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Your wallet and ledger — your credit balance and a record of your credit purchases and usage, so you always have a transparent history.
- Consent record — the date and version of the Terms and this Privacy Policy you accepted at signup, so we both have a clear record.
- What you type into the tools — the input you give a tool so it can do the work you asked for.
- Basic technical data — things like your IP address and request timing, used to keep the service secure and to enforce rate limits.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and wallet, to provide and improve the tools, to process payments, to send you service messages (like a password-reset link), and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the service. They only receive what they need to do their job:
- PayPal — processes payments. When you buy credits, your payment details go directly to PayPal, not to us. We receive a confirmation and the amount, not your full card or bank details. PayPal handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Resend — delivers our transactional email (for example, password-reset links and receipts). To send you an email, your address is shared with Resend for delivery.
These providers process data on our behalf. We keep the list short on purpose.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and ledger data while your account is open, because you need your balance and history. Some records (like payment and consent records) may be kept longer where we need them for accounting, tax, or legal reasons. If you close your account, email us and we'll delete what we no longer need to keep.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed, payment secrets stay with the payment provider, and access to your wallet is scoped to your own login. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and design the service to expose as little as possible.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email ladonte@ladonteprince.com and we'll help. Service emails (like security notices) are part of having an account; marketing email, if we ever send any, will always be something you can opt out of.
7. Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update the version and date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear.
