These terms describe how you may use the LaDonte Prince product suite — your account, your credit wallet, and the tools you spend credits on (such as Envoy). By creating an account you agree to them. Please read the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Credits Policy too; they are part of this agreement.
1. Who we are
The suite is operated by LaDonte Prince LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at ladonte@ladonteprince.com. We are a small team and read our own support mail.
2. Your account
You need one account to use the suite. Keep your password private and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your login. One account is meant for one person or one business — please don't create multiple accounts to work around limits or promotions.
3. Licensed software — not advice
Our tools are licensed software, not professional advice. Envoy and the other tools help you practice, draft, and think. They do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing they produce should be treated as a recommendation to take (or not take) any action. You are responsible for your own decisions. If you need professional advice, talk to a qualified professional.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. You may not resell it, copy it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing service.
4. Credits and pricing
The suite runs on prepaid credits. You buy credits up front, then spend them as you use the tools. Each action deducts the credits it costs — the price you see is the price you pay. We keep pricing simple and don't itemise our internal costs.
Credits do not expire. Once they're in your wallet they stay there until you use them. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred between accounts, and can't be exchanged for cash except as described in the Refund & Credits Policy.
Because credits are prepaid, they are generally non-refundable. There is a limited exception window for unused credits — the details, including the timeframe, are in the Refund & Credits Policy.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, PayPal. We don't see or store your full card or bank details — the provider handles that. When you buy a credit pack, the credits are added to your wallet once the payment is confirmed.
6. Acceptable use
Please use the suite lawfully and decently. Don't use it to break the law, to harm or harass others, to infringe someone's rights, to send spam, or to try to disrupt, probe, or overload the service. We may suspend or close an account that does.
7. Availability
We work to keep the suite running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause, or discontinue features. If we ever retire a paid feature, we'll act reasonably about credits you've already bought for it.
8. The software is provided "as is"
To the extent the law allows, the suite is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the suite grows. When we make a material change we'll update the version and date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the suite after a change means you accept the updated terms.
