The suite runs on prepaid credits. This page explains, plainly, how refunds work — including the one exception where we will refund unused credits.
1. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable
When you buy a credit pack, you're paying up front for usage you'll draw down over time. Because of that, credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in the limited case described below. The price you pay for a pack is the price of the credits — we keep it simple and don't itemise our underlying costs.
2. Credits never expire
Your credits stay in your wallet until you use them. There's no clock and no expiry date, so there's no pressure to spend them by a deadline.
3. The exception: unused credits within 14 days
If you change your mind about a purchase, email us within 14 days of buying a pack and we'll refund the credits from that pack that you haven't used yet.
We refund the unused portion of that pack, back to your original payment method through PayPal. Credits you've already spent aren't refundable, and the window is 14 days from the purchase date.
To keep it fair for everyone, this exception is meant for genuine change-of-mind, not for repeatedly buying, using, and reclaiming credits. If a purchase included bonus credits, the bonus is adjusted in proportion to what's refunded.
4. If something goes wrong on our side
The 14-day window is a courtesy on top of your legal rights. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a tool failed to deliver what your credits paid for, tell us — we'll make it right, and that isn't limited to the 14-day window.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed through PayPal, we remove the matching credits from your wallet (and any bonus tied to them). Please email us first — it's almost always faster than opening a dispute, and we'd rather sort it out directly.
6. How to request a refund
Email ladonte@ladonteprince.com from the address on your account. Tell us which purchase you mean (the date and amount help). We'll confirm the unused amount and process the refund through PayPal.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the version and date at the top of this page. A change never affects a refund you've already been promised.
